Bathurst Girls

We enjoyed Connor's farm so much we went back with our favorite Bathurst Girls! It was a nice morning with our cousins. The girls get along so well, its fun watching them grow :) For those who dont know, Sofia is the oldest, her sister Audrey is the youngest and Annabelle is in the middle...Annabelle and Audrey are only 3 months apart though. Annabelle loves to play with both girls but can only say Audrey's name "Audra". We are up to about 50 or more words now...its amazing how fast her vocabulary has grown. Her favorite word is still "no" :) we will get passed that someday.

bradley palmer state park

we had a great trip to Bradley Palmer State Park in Ipswich. Annabelle loved playing with her friend Jacob and really loved splashing in the water. She has proven to be a little beach bum this summer...she even crawled right into the ocean. Too bad the sand broke my camera that day so I havent been able to upload those pictures...good thing I have a back up so that we didnt miss out on these! Enjoy!

13 Months

It's been about a whole month since Annabelle's first birthday so better late than never...here are some pics! We have some awesome friends, one of them happens to be a photographer so we went up to my uncle Dave's place in Maine and took some great pictures. We took some nice family shots at the Dockside, in York where we got married... It was nice to go back and visit.

Annabelle loved her birthday party (thank you to everyone who came!) She devoured her cake and enjoyed playing with all of her cousins/friends. The pictures below are her in her party dress...we changed into pants fairly quickly since she cant move too much in a dress!


Finally....starting yesterday Annabelle WALKS, for the first time, today, she stood up in the middle of a room without holding on and started walking. She has taken steps here and there but she is officially walking more than crawling now! We are pretty pumped!

Almost a year

As we approach the 1 year mark it is amazing how fast the time has gone by. Annabelle looks like such a little girl now, we cant believe that she has grown so much in just a year! She is taking a few steps on her own, she signs more, and all done, blows kisses, waves, says baby, mama, dada and I swear today she said all done...although that may have been mommy ears playing a trick on me! We took her to the picture people on Mother's Day (above) and are planning a trip up to Maine for some "professional" photos for her birthday memories! We are going up to York where we got married in hopes to have the same background for her 1year pics that we had for our wedding ones...here's hoping! I will post those as soon as we get them. For now enjoy these shots of our beautiful little girl!!!!

TEETH!

So obviously some time has passed and things have happened. We have had some technical difficulties so I dont have any pictures to upload right now but I just had to share the news that our Belly has FINALLY cut her first tooth, well, teeth rather. Her two bottom teeth have cut through and are coming in at the same speed...slow :) She has been slightly fussy but overall she is still the happy go lucky girl that we all know and love. We were starting to wonder if we would have to invest in youth dentures so this is some super exciting news for us!! I will post some pictures asap. Also she is eating up a storm, she is now able to have dairy so she is one happy kid. She can eat pretty much everything we do, its amazing how fast the baby food stage flew by. She is crawling quite fast, pulling herself up, walking holding on, climbing stairs, and the other day she took 2 steps all by herself...it feels like she is going to walk on her own real soon, but we dont mind waiting!!! :) Annabelle has also had her 2nd haircut. We gave in and gave her bangs so that she could actually see the world around her, she looks absolutely stunning, the only down part is that now everyone says she looks like Suri Cruise. I will let you be the judge once I post some pics. We hope everyone is doing well and we will see you soon. As crazy as it sounds her first birthday is just around the corner!

Haircut

Annabelle had her very first haircut yesterday! We went to Snip-its where she got to sit in the chair all by herself and look in the mirror as they cut her hair. She even got a prize when she was done. Annabelle wasn't totally thrilled about the whole experience but she was amazingly patient and still. We were quite proud of her. We like the new cut and think it is much better and stays out of her eyes, although we do miss the long locks and hope that it grows back soon. She doesn't seem to notice a difference...big surprise. We dont have a picture of it yet but she also waved for the first time this morning...so exciting!!!

New Hampshire

On our trip to Madison New Hampshire with the Travaglini's... Annabelle loved walking around the couch and playing with cousin Audrey. I think she enjoys being the big kid for a little while! We also got a chance to ski which was fun and Adrian got to teach Sofia how to ski for the first time. Sofia definitely loved it so I am sure they will be back! Annabelle liked the snow for a little while and then got pretty frustrated that she couldn't crawl very well in the giant snow suit :)
Overall it was a good weekend....we cant wait until Annabelle is able to actually enjoy the snow.

Playdate and Grandma's Birthday

Annabelle on her playdate with Taaha, the fastest crawler in the state :) She loved playing with all of his toys, and by the end she even enjoyed playing with him...but in the middle there she was a bit intimidated by his speed and mobility!

Superbowl : (

Well the Superbowl didn't go exactly as we had planned but we had a fun night until the game was over. Sofia and Annabelle played with some toys on the floor, Audrey ate her ducky and then made a mess of everything in sight. Annabelle stayed up until 8:30, while Sofia and Audrey never slept...what is with our wide awake kids? Mom and Dad made lots of yummy food and Uncle Dave kept us all company as we watch the Patriots attempt to make history....oh well, maybe next year.


On a side note...our Annabelle has learned to crawl!!!!! after 3 weeks of crawling backwards only she is finally crawling forwards like a pro. This is her 4th day of crawling forward....enjoy the video clip if it works. She is getting a bit of a runny nose so she is allowed to play with the sucker bulb so she is less afraid of it when we actually need to use it : ) Don't get grossed out by the end of the clip!!!
